2006 Army Book
In this section we will have a look at the Orc and Goblin 2006 army book. These are not the most recent rules,
but if you are just playing with friends, tand these are the rules you have, then no problem!
The Orc army is the fun army in the Warhammer Fantasy world. They are somewhat unpredictable, and are designed
with uncomplicated tactics in mind.
In this section we will be looking at the Warhammer Fantasy Orcs and Orc tactics.
General Orc and Goblin Tactics
Fantasy Orcs can be un predictable. Some units will charge forward, and other units will squabble for a couple
of turns and do nothing! You will need to be prepared for this.
Orcs, Goblins and Leadership
One of the biggest flaws (by design) of the Orc army is the very low leadership of the rank and file troops.
One feature of the Orc and Goblin army is that you can not control the movements all the time. I have found that
if you set up the army in two ranks of units, then the rear units will Whaarg and the front ones will squabble!
